About Us

Greetings

Based on a tradition of over 300 years, Kuni Zakari responds to the tastes
of the times with the promise of "luxury in brew and luxury in taste."

In a rapidly changing society, sake remains the very essence of Japanese culture. It reflects the changing seasons, softens the hearts of our friends, and widens our social circle - making life a fulfilling experience. Above all, we believe that sake brewing itself embodies the essence of Japanese culture, as our motto is "Japanese deliciousness made with heart."
Making the most of the blessings of nature, we will preserve, nurture and pass on our traditional techniques and spirit to the next generation. Nakano Sake Brewery will continue to strive to produce even more delicious sake, blending cultural creativity with over 300 years of tradition from this renowned brewery.
